摘要 介绍了超滤-反渗透双膜法在甘肃某矿井水处理站中的应用。其工艺采用了以平流预沉池为主体的预处理系统,以絮凝斜管沉淀池、相互冲洗滤池为主体的净化处理系统,以"超滤-反渗透"为主体的深度脱盐处理系统,以"污泥浓缩池-带式压滤机"为主体的污泥脱水系统等,实现了矿井的分质供水和富余矿井水达标排放。 The process design of a mine water treatment station with ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis double membrane process in Gansu Province was investigated in this paper.The process adopted a pre-treatment system with advection pre-sedimentation tank as the main body,apurification treatment system with flocculation tube settle and reciprocal flushing filter as the main body,a deep desalination treatment system with ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis as the main body,and a sludge dewatering system with sludge concentrated tank and belt filter press as the main body.This process design realized the water supply by different quality of mine and the discharge of surplus mine water up to the standard.
