作为世界上最古老的艺术设计学院,有着优秀的艺术设计教育传统的艺术学院,也会面临着新技术、新课题的挑战。因此,我们要本着“以人为本”的教育理念,在深厚的美术根基的基础上,探索新的技术、新的材料课程,将传统工艺与新的技术进行不断融合。

Though the oldest academy of art and design inherits an excellent tradition in art and design education, it will also face the challenges from new technologies and subjects. Therefore, we shall bear the educational idea “people-oriented” in mind, develop courses about new technologies and materials based on solid foundation of arts, and blend traditional craftsmanship with new technology.
