摘要
技术系统管理模式、学校改革与创新学校内部管理机制,培养青年骨干教师,有利于改革成果的推广和实施,富有成效的教学教学与研究,促进文化基层和专业课程教师的结合。为了简化该部门的工作,我们将理顺工作机制的部门,统一所有专业老师的评估标准,加强基础文化课程的教学。加强教师队伍的建设,我们仍需要进一步研究。
Technical system management model, school reform and innovation of internal school management mechanism, training of young key teachers are conducive to the promotion and implementation of reform results, effective teaching and research, and promotion of the combination of cultural grassroots and professional curriculum teachers. In order to simplify the work of this department, we will streamline the departments of the working mechanism, unify the evaluation criteria of all professional teachers, and strengthen the teaching of basic culture courses. To strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, we still need further study.
