摘要 简单来说,师德就是一名教师的职业的道德,其与教师的职业特征有着紧密联系。教师职业道德是指教师在教学中需要严格遵守的行为规则。那么,幼儿教师师德是指幼儿教师在教学中需要遵循的道德规范。曾经有个著名的教育家说过这样一句话“振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。”因此,教师的地位是非常重要的,而且幼儿教师的责任更加重大。本文从不同的角度对新时期幼儿教师师德建设路径进行分析,希望对大家有所帮助。 Simply speaking, teacher ethics is a professional ethics of a teacher, which is closely related to the professional characteristics of teachers. Teachers' professional ethics refer to the behavior rules that teachers need to strictly abide by in teaching. Preschool teachers' morality is the moral standard that preschool teachers need to follow in teaching. A famous educationist once said,"the hope of revitalizing our nation is in education, and the hope of revitalizing education is in Teachers". Therefore, the status of teachers is very important, and the responsibility of preschool teachers is more important. This paper analyzes the path of preschool teachers' morality construction from different perspectives, hoping to help you.
