含波动性电源的电力系统运行灵活性评价方法研究 被引量:32

摘要 大规模间歇性可再生能源(variable renewable energysources, VRES)出力的波动性导致系统灵活运行风险增加,因此,提出了含VRES电力系统运行灵活性评价新需求。为此,该文考虑波动性的空间性、时间性和方向性的特点,首先建立了 VRES和负荷波动性模型。在此基础上,从调度运行角度提出10个节点灵活性评价指标:最大上/下调节能力、已用上/下调节能力、可用上/下调节能力、不足上/下调节能力和不足上/下调节电量。考虑功率平衡、线路潮流、灵活性资源调节能力约束建立指标的计算模型。在改进的IEEE 39节点系统上进行算例分析,验证了所建波动性模型和灵活性指标及评价方法的合理性。该文所提灵活性指标可用于指导系统优化运行和灵活性资源的优化配置。 Large scale variable renewable energy source (VRES) integration poses new requirement of evaluating flexibility of the system due to the rising operation risk caused by VRES output volatility. Therefore, volatility models of VRES and load are established considering spatiality, timeliness and directionality of volatility. On this basis, 10 flexibility evaluation metrics of node are proposed from the perspective of dispatching operation, i.e. total upward/downward regulation capability, existing upward/ downward regulation capability, available upward/downward regulation capability, insufficient upward/downward regulation capability, insufficient upward/downward regulation energy. Then, the metric solution models are determined by considering the constraints, including load balance, line power flow, flexibility resource adjustment capability. Finally, it is proved that the proposed volatility models and flexibility evaluation approach are reasonable by testing on modified IEEE39 system. The proposed flexibility evaluation metrics can be used to guide the optimal system operation and optimal configuration of the flexibility resources.
