摘要
针对3相1相矩阵变换器(3-1MC)中间侧无储能电容导致的弱抗扰性缺陷,提出一种适用于3-1MC带偏磁控制的模型预测控制(MPC)方法,利用模型预测控制提高3-1MC抗扰性。模型预测控制开关选择存在随机性,此随机开关状态会导致变压器直流偏磁饱和,在不改变硬件电路的前提下,在模型预测控制脉冲序列分配环节或品质函数中引入偏磁控制形成两种偏磁控制方案。搭建一台样机对方案进行验证,实验结果表明模型预测控制下3-1MC系统具有较强的抗扰能力,方案一改善了偏磁现象,方案二能有效解决3-1MC在模型预测控制下的偏磁问题。
In this paper,a model predictive control with transformer DC magnetic bias suppression is proposed to reduce the poor disturbance resistance caused by the middle side of the Reduced matrix converter(3-1MC)without energy storage capacitor.The randomness of the model predictive control switch is easy to cause the transformer DC magnetic bias.Under the premise of not changing the hardware circuit,two schemes are introduced in the model predictive control pulse sequence distribution link or the quality function by the magnetic bias suppression.A prototype is built to verify the scheme,and the experimental results show that the 3-1MC system has strong anti-interference ability under the model predictive control.The scheme 1 improves the magnetic bias phenomenon,and the scheme 2 can effectively solve the magnetic bias problem of transformer under the model predictive control.
