环氧树脂浇注类绝缘管型母线易发缺陷分析及检测手段

The Defects in the Resin Impregnated Paper Insulated Tubular Bus-Bar and Its Test Method

绝缘管型母线由于具有机械强度高、载流量大及绝缘性能好等突出优势,目前广泛应用于电力、石化等行业。由于缺乏相关管的控制度和标准,导致产品运行稳定性不高,故障频发。绝大多数故障是由于生产和现场安装工艺不到位造成的,且通过常规试验项目无法有效检测出故障,因此本文以绝缘管型母线的生产、现场安装及现场试验检测为切入点,通过对生产和现场安装各环节进行深入分析,找出其中可能出现的隐患,针对这些隐患制定相应的现场考核试验办法,并通过试验结果来支撑本文提出的试验方法,提高绝缘管型母线运行可靠性。

Owing to high mechanical strength,large current-carrying capacity and good insulating performance,currently,insulated tubular bus-bar has been widely applied to the fields of electric power and petrochemical engineering.However,lacking of correlative standard and management,it has poor operation stability,frequent failures and adverse effects.Most of these failures are caused by inadequate manufacturing and field installation processes,which cannot be effectively detected by routine testing measure.Therefore,regarding the insulated tubular bus-bar,this paper carries out a depth analysis for all segments of the manufacture to find out the possible faults during the manufacture and installation.Then the field test assessment and methods for these hidden faults are developed.At last,the experiments verify the proposed methods,which improves the operation reliability of the insulated tubular bus-bar.
