摘要 工业车辆被广泛使用在爆炸危险场所,在其工作过程中存在电气漏电、高温热表面、机械火花、静电等潜在点燃源,对防爆安全构成重大威胁。因此,必须在爆炸危险场所使用防爆工业车辆,降低爆炸发生的风险。文中梳理了防爆工业车辆有关标准和法规,结合工业车辆存在的潜在点燃源,对防爆工业车辆的防爆安全技术进行了分析,展望了防爆工业车辆的发展趋势。 Industrial vehicle is widely used in explosive dangerous places. There are potential ignition sources such as electric leakage, high-temperature hot surface, mechanical spark, static electricity and so on in its working process, which pose a major threat to explosion-proof safety. Therefore, it is necessary to use explosion-proof industrial vehicle in explosive dangerous places to reduce the risk of explosion. This paper sorts out the relevant standards and regulations of explosionproof industrial vehicle, analyzes the explosion-proof safety technology of explosion-proof industrial vehicle in combination with the potential ignition sources in industrial vehicle, and looks forward to the development trend of explosion-proof industrial vehicle.
