摘要
起重机械金属结构裂纹缺陷定性分析是脉冲红外热波检测技术的研究新方向。利用Ansys Workbench基于热灯激励传热理论进行有限元模拟仿真,分析脉冲激励参数及缺陷本体对表面温差的影响规律,给出了脉冲激励源的选取建议优化以及检测影响因素分析。
Qualitative analysis of crack defects in metal structures of hoisting machinery is a new research direction of pulsed infrared heat wave detection technology. The finite element simulation is carried out by using Ansys Workbench based on the heat transfer theory of heat lamp excitation. the influence law of pulse excitation parameters and defect body on surface temperature difference is analyzed. The selection and optimization of pulse excitation source and the analysis of detection influence factors are presented.
