摘要 针对智能装车系统中推拉器机构出现的主动力衰减及受系统外力后分析过程复杂等问题,提出基于ADAMS仿真平台的虚拟样机分析方法。首先根据整体机构进行模型提炼,通过理论分析,得出机构受非系统外力时的分析结果。然后在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机,根据仿真分析结果,验证理论与仿真的一致性。同时,根据实际状态,增加系统外力,在ADAMS仿真中得到相应的分析结果,用以指导复杂工况下的工程设计。 Aiming at the problems of active force attenuation and complicated analysis process of push-pull mechanism in intelligent loading system, a virtual prototype analysis method based on ADAMS simulation platform is proposed. Firstly, the model is refined according to the whole mechanism, and through theoretical analysis, the analysis results when the mechanism is subjected to non-system external force are obtained. Then a virtual prototype is built in ADAMS, and the consistency between theory and simulation is verified according to the simulation analysis results. Meanwhile, according to the actual state, the external force of the system is increased, and the corresponding analysis results are obtained in ADAMS simulation to guide the engineering design under complex working conditions.
