摘要
为早期识别变速器总成故障,利用故障专家系统对变速器耐久试验过程进行了振动监测。选取其中两种典型故障模式进行阶次分析。结果表明,通过振动信号采集、数据处理、阶次谱分析、信号能量对比,可以发现初期故障引起的机械结构变化,识别故障发生位置,记录故障发展过程。同时通过及时中止测试,可避免样品过度损坏和保护测试设备,进而提高设备利用率,缩短产品验证周期。
In order to identify transmission fault in the earlier stage, vibration monitoring is performed in transmission durability test with Failure AutoExpert System. Two typical failure modes are selected for order analysis. The results show that by vibration signal acquisition, data processing, order spectrum analysis, signal energy comparison, mechanical structure change caused by premature failure and failure location can be identified, failure development process can be recorded. In addition, the system can avoid sample excessive damage and protect test equipment by terminating test timely, thus improve equipment utilization ratio and shorten product verification cycle.
