贸易便利化对中国农产品进口福利效应的影响研究——基于农产品价格的分析视角

Research on the Impact of Trade Facilitation on China's Agricultural Products Import Welfare Effect——Based on the analysis of agricultural product prices

作为世界上最大的农产品进口国,中国的农产品进口对于丰富国内农产品市场,优化中国食品结构,促进消费结构升级等方面都有着重要的意义。本研究分析了贸易便利化水平对农产品进口国的福利效应可能产生的影响。研究发现,贸易便利化对于提升中国农产品进口有明显的促进作用,且在一定程度上促进了消费者和农产品销售企业福利的提升,不过也对农户和农产品加工企业福利增长带来了压力。最后,针对研究结论提出了相应的对策建议。

As the world’s largest importer of agricultural products, China’s agricultural imports are of great significance for enriching domestic agricultural products, optimizing China’s food structure,and promoting the upgrading of consumption structure. This study analyzes the possible impact of trade facilitation levels on the welfare effects of agricultural importing countries. The study found that trade facilitation has a significant role in promoting the import of Chinese agricultural products, and to a certain extent promoted the welfare of consumers and agricultural products sales enterprises, but also put pressure on the welfare growth of farmers and agricultural products processing enterprises. Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the research conclusions.
