我国能源价格对能源利用效率影响研究——基于整体及空间分异性检验

Research on the Impact of Energy Price on Energy Efficiency in China——Based on the overall and spatial differentiation test

能源是现代经济增长的重要动力。提高能源效率是破解资源紧缺与环境污染双重困境的重要路径。本文通过全局方向性SBM模型测算发现,我国的能源利用效率随时间呈现稳步上升态势,而东中西三大地区能源利用效率存在"东部地区>中部地区>西部地区"的差异性特征。通过GMM回归发现,能源价格变化对能源利用效率具有显著影响,且影响效应带有一定的动态波及性。而从空间分异性角度的实证结果显示,不同区域能源价格变化对能源利用效率的影响存在显著差异,而且符合能源利用效率越低,对能源价格变化的反应敏感性越强的规律。

Energy is an important driving force for modern economic growth. Improving energy efficiency is an important way to solve the double dilemma of resource shortage and environmental pollution. Based on the global directional SBM model, this paper finds that China’s energy use efficiency shows a steady upward trend with time, while the energy use efficiency of the three regions of East,Central and West has different characteristics of "East Region>Central Region>Western Region".Through GMM regression, it is found that energy price changes have a significant impact on energy efficiency, and the impact effect has a certain dynamic spread. The empirical results from the perspective of spatial differentiation show that there are significant differences in the impact of energy price changes on energy use efficiency in different regions, and the lower the sensitivity to energy use, the stronger the sensitivity to energy price changes.
