山东省平原县是全国首批县域节水型社会达标建设县(区)之一,近年通过大力推动节水型社会建设,用水效率和用水效益明显提高,有效缓解了水资源供需矛盾。对平原县县域节水型社会达标建设探索与实践进行分析论述,力求形成一套可复制的经验以供参考。

As one of first group of recognized water-saving society counties in China, the Pingyuan County in Shandong Province has made great efforts to increase water use efficiency, in order to alleviate competition for water use. The article summarizes the experiences of water-saving society construction in Pingyuan County in order to provide a model for others.
