黑龙江省石墨资源与产业现状分析

Analysis of Graphite Resources and Industry in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是我国石墨资源大省,资源储量居全国之首,资源潜力巨大,资源分布集中,矿石品质优良,资源优势突出。分析了本省石墨资源、勘查产业和产品研发现状与进展,指出了黑龙江省石墨开发利用与产业发展的关键在于控制开采总量、坚持绿色发展、高效利用资源、淘汰落后产能、推动精深加工和高端制造。

Heilongjiang province is a large province of graphite resources in China, reserve of resources ranks first in the country, resources potential is huge, the distribution of resources is concentrated, mineral quality is excellent, and resource advantage is outstanding. Graphite, as an important strategic mineral resource, should be comprehensively explored, scientifically protected and rationally developed, and the strategic should be emphasized to ensure the long-term, sustainable and effective supply of resources. It points out that the key to the development and industrial of graphite in Heilongjiang province is to control the total amount of mining, insist on green development, use resources efficiently, eliminate backward production capacity, and promote advnced processing and high-end manufacturing.
