超高效液相色谱检测白酒中纽甜含量的方法确认和应用

Application of UPLC for the Determination of Neotame in Baijiu

建立用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)快速、准确检测白酒中纽甜含量的分析方法。该方法在国标食品中纽甜含量检测方法的基础上,简化前处理过程,将白酒样品加热去酒精后定容,过0.22μm水系滤膜,直接进样,梯度洗脱分析,流速为0.4mL/min,检测波长为218nm,进样时间为4min。经检测,纽甜有较好的线性关系,R2为0.9999,加标回收率为95%~105%,RSD值小于2%,检出限为0.03mg/L。结果表明,该方法操作简便,进样时间短,耗材少,结果准确,检出限低,其线性范围、相关性、灵敏度和精密度均符合白酒中纽甜检测方法的要求,可用于检测白酒中纽甜的分析。

The rapid and accurate detection of neotame content in Baijiu by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)had been developed.Based on the method prescribed in the national standard,our method had simplified the pretreatment process as follows:Baijiu samples were heated to remove alcohol,and then constant volume sampling was performed with ultrapure water;after filtration by 0.22μm filter,direct injection and gradient elution analysis with a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min was performed;the detection wavelength was 218 nm,and the injection time was 4 minutes.The results showed that,neotame had a good linear relationship,R2=0.9999,the spiked recovery was 95%to 105%,RSD was less than 2%,and the detection limit was 0.03 mg/L.This method had the advantages including simple operation,short sample injection time,accurate detection,and low detection limits etc.,and the linear range,correlation,sensitivity and precision were all consistent with the corresponding requirements.Accordingly,it could be used to detect neotame conent in Baijiu.
