摘要
量质摘酒是白酒酿造过程中一项非常重要的工艺环节,与白酒企业产品的质量和产量息息相关。将在线快速检测技术与酿酒生产相结合,研究设计出一种自动化摘酒的关键技术,使摘酒工艺精细化、数字化,提升白酒酿造过程的自动化、信息化水平,实现白酒产业的新型工业化。
Liquor-gathering based on liquor quality is a very important procedure in Baijiu production process,and it is closely related to liquor quality and yield.In this study,the automated liquor-gathering equipment was designed through the combination of online rapid detection technology with liquor-making process.As a result,fine&digital management of liquor-gathering could be realized,the automation&information level of liquor-making got improved,and the new industrialization of Baijiu industry might be achieved.
