鼠类智能监控系统对家鼠活动规律观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]利用鼠类智能监控系统能收集鼠类相关活动数据的特点,研究鼠的生态习性、昼夜活动规律、取食行为和新物反应等。为鼠类防治提供科学依据。[方法]选择福州机场等11处不同场所,布设鼠类智能监控站,进行监测试验研究。[结果]家鼠昼夜均活动,夜间活动明显多于白昼;在夜间取食频次也显著大于昼间;不同时间段鼠类进入鼠类智能监控站盗食的频次与盗食量有显著差别,夜间盗食的次数与频次明显高于白天;家鼠在22-2时有盗食高峰;每只鼠每次盗食量大约为其体重的1.13%,平均每次盗食量为0.98克;第1天、第2天、第3天鼠类进入鼠类智能监控站盗食量依次增加。 Objective To use the mouse intelligent monitoring system to collect the characteristics of mouse-related activity data, and to study the ecological habits of mice, the regularity of day and night activities, the feeding behavior and the response of new things. Providescientific basis for rodent control. Methods Eleven different sites such as Fuzhou Airport were selected to deploy smart bait stations for monitoring experiments. Results Rats both stayed up late and night and were active at night. The number of nighttime activities of rats was significantly greater than that of daytime. The frequency of robbery at the bait station at different time points was significantly different from the amount of stolen food, and the number of nighttime thefts was significant. The frequency was significantly higher than that during the day;the house mouse had a peak of piracy at 22-2;each rat ate and weighed approximately 1.13% of its body weight, and the average amount of piracy was 0.98 g;On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd days, the feed intake of the rodents into the poison bait station increased in turn.
