雷达用超导接收前端电磁兼容设计

摘要 超导接收前端与常规接收前端相比有着极低的噪声系数和极高的带外干扰抑制能力,可应用于通讯和雷达领域接收机抗带外频率干扰。分析了某型雷达用超导接收前端系统的电磁兼容设计方法,结合工程实际,对电磁兼容设计方法在超导接收前端系统中的应用进行了详细论述。 Compared with the conventional receiving front end, the superconducting receiving front end has a very low noise figure and extremely high out-of-band interference suppression capability, and can be applied to receivers in the field of communication and radar to resist out-of-band frequency interference. In this paper, the electromagnetic compatibility design method of a superconducting receiving front-end system for radar was alyzed. The application of electromagnetic compatibility design method in superconducting receiving front-end system as iscussed in detail.
