摘要
研究并开发了一种新型的与工业环境高度一致的Smith预估控制教学实验平台。该平台由空气混合过程、智能通道、PLC控制系统与模型计算机组成,空气混合过程和智能通道一起构成了可配置时滞的被控对象子平台,模型计算机可以完成Smith预估所需要的模型辨识实验,在两套主流PLC系统上可以进行Smith预估控制及常规控制的对比实验。结果表明了所研发的平台在过程控制实验教学中的有效性和实用性。
A new Smith predictive control teaching experiment platform which is highly consistent with the industrial environment is studied and developed. The intelligent channel, PLC control system and model computer, air mixing process and intelligent channel together constitute the controlled object sub-platform with configurable time delay. The model computer can accomplish the model identification experiment needed for Smith prediction, and the comparative experiment of Smith prediction control and conventional control can be carried out on two mainstream PLC systems. The results show that the platform is effective and practical in the process control experiment teaching.
