自贸区(港)视域下高校科技创新与实践基地建设研究——以海南省为例

Research on construction of university scientific and technological innovation and practice bases from perspective of free trade zone (port): Taking Hainan province as example

高校科技创新与实践基地建设关系到创新型国家战略、大学生培育与高校教育教学改革等多个方面,在自贸区(港)建设过程中也尤为重要。针对目前高校科技创新与实践基地建设现状与存在问题,以海南省为例,提出了自贸区(港)视域下高校科技创新与实践基地建设建议。

The construction of university scientific and technological innovation and practice bases is related to the national strategy of innovation, the cultivation of university students, the reform of higher education and teaching, etc., which is particularly important in the process of the construction of the free trade zone (port). In view of the current situation and existing problems in the construction of such bases, and by taking Hainan province as an example, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of such bases from the perspective of the free trade zone (port).
