摘要
企业职业教育人员是德国职教师资队伍的重要组成部分,是企业一元职业教育的主要实施者。德国企业职业教育人员在结构上由不同类型与特点的人员组成,在职责上分工明确,协调共育,在能力要求上体现层次性和专业性。作为主体的企业培训师也已形成明确的职业活动领域和规范化的资格要求。角色明晰、结构合理、职责明确、资质达标且不断实现专业发展的德国企业职业教育人员是实现"双元制"职业教育高质量发展的重要力量。
The enterprise vocational education personnel is an important part of the German vocational teaching force and the main implementer of the enterprise vocational education. Under the framework of German dual system of vocational education, the enterprise vocational education personnel is composed of different types and characteristics of staff in the structure, with clear division of labor and effective coordination and cooperation in the responsibilities and also reflects hierarchy and professionalism in competency requirements. As the main body, enterprise trainers have also formed clear areas of occupational activity and standardized qualification requirements. German vocational education personnel with explicit role, reasonable structure, clear responsibilities,qualified qualifications and continuous professional development are important forces for realizing the high-quality development of "dual system" vocational education.
