本文对"雪亮工程"智能视频运维管理系统的现状、总体方案的设计、应用从系统构成及原理上作了详细的分析,并提出了保证系统安全运行的和构建公共安全视频专网内运行环境统一、完善、主动的运维服务集中管理平台,以及可以全面提升运维管理能力的实施方案。

According to the current international advanced technical standards, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the status, overall scheme design and application of the intelligent video operation and maintenance management system in Xueliang Project from aspects of system composition and principle. It puts forward a unified, perfect and active platform for centralized management of operation and maintenance services, in order to ensure a safe operation of the system and to build a video private network for public security. It also presents an implementing plan to improve the operation and maintenance management ability.
