分布式“黑广播”智能监管平台设计

Design of Distributed Intelligent Supervision Platform of "Illegal Broadcasting"

伪基站和黑广播打而不绝、死灰复燃的现象在很多地区依然存在。面对打击治理伪基站、黑广播的难题,本文提出了一套分布式"黑广播"智能监管平台,从定点监测、移动监测两个维度进行黑广播的实时监测取证,并通过统一管理平台实现分布式系统的自动化管理,为黑广播监测与整治提供可靠的技术手段。

Since this year, the phenomenon that pseudo base stations and illegal broadcasts are resurgence and continue fought against still exists in many areas. To crack down on illegal radio stations, this paper proposes a distributed intelligent monitoring system of "illegal radio station", which monitors and evidences illegal broadcasting in real time from two dimensions of fixed-point monitoring and mobile monitoring. It realizes the automatic management of distributed system through a unified management platform, which provides reliable technical methods for the monitoring of illegal radio stations.
