大型煤电机组机炉深度耦合系统对锅炉效率影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 燃煤发电机组机炉深度耦合系统已被广泛应用。为明确其对锅炉效率的影响,提出应用综合排烟焓的计算方法。分析了某1 000 MW超超临界燃煤机组THA工况下,多个烟气旁路份额对锅炉效率的影响。结果表明:空预器出口风温可作为锅炉效率变化的表征数据;对于同一空预器烟气旁路份额,锅炉效率与入口风温呈正响应特性;对于同一入口风温,锅炉效率与旁路份额呈负响应特性。 The boiler-turbine coupling system has been widely applied in coal-fired utility.In order to clarify its influence on boiler efficiency,a calculating method of taking enthalpy of comprehensive exhaust gas was put forward.Taking a 1 000 MW USC unit in THA condition for example,the influence of different flue gas bypass ratio on boiler efficiency was analyzed.The result showed that the air temperature of air preheater outlet can be used as the characterization data of boiler efficiency change;for the same flue gas bypass ratio,and the boiler efficiency and inlet air temperature were positive response characteristics;and for the same inlet air temperature,the boiler efficiency and gas bypass ratio were negative response characteristics.
