摘要 针对以往采用人工方法测量钢丝绳,检查不到钢丝绳内部损伤程度,测量精度不高,误差大,一旦钢丝绳内部损伤超标,将带来很大的安全隐患,直接影响矿井提升运输安全,甚至造成事故的发生等问题。采用基于弱磁无损检测技术的检测方法,结合计算机软件技术,对矿井副井提升机提升钢丝绳实施在线监测,进行了弱磁无损检测原理及钢丝绳在线监测技术的研究,能够测量出副井提升钢丝绳内外部断丝、锈蚀、磨损、断面变形等情况,使钢丝绳测量准确、便捷、高效,改变了靠人工监测钢丝绳落后的检修工艺的现状,提高了检修效率,并在现场得到了实践,具有推广使用价值。 In the past,manual measurement of wire rope can not check the degree of damage inside the wire rope.The measurement accuracy was not high and the error was large.Once the damage inside the wire rope exceeded the standard,it will bring great potential safety hazards,which will directly affect the safety of mine hoisting and transportation,and even cause accidents.By using the detection method based on weak magnetic nondestructive testing technology and combining with computer software technology,the on-line monitoring of the hoisting wire rope of mine auxiliary shaft hoist was carried out.The principle of weak magnetic nondestructive testing and the on-line monitoring technology of the wire rope were studied.It can measure the wire breakage,rust,wear and cross-section deformation inside and outside of the hoisting wire rope of auxiliary shaft,so that the measurement of the wire rope was accurate and convenient.It has changed the current situation of the backward repair technology of steel wire rope by manual monitoring,improved the repair efficiency,and has been practiced in the field,which has the value of popularization and application.
