摘要
数字信号测试校准一直以来是定性验证,缺少相应的定量评价校准手段。为了解决数字阵列模块的数字中频测试系统校准难题,采用基于数字信号虚拟校准思路,利用数字波形发生技术产生一个幅度等参数信息已知的信号,作为标准信号代替被测的数字中频信号,建立了一套便携式校准装置,实现对数字阵列模块的数字中频测试系统校准。实验证明校准装置I/Q信号幅度差准确度达到±0.05dB,相位差准确度达到±0.1°,满足实际工作需要。同时校准装置具有溯源性,建立了完整的溯源链,为数字中频校准提供一种新路径。
Digital signal test and calibration have always been qualitative verification,lack of corresponding means of quantitative evaluation and calibration method.To solve the calibration problem of digital IF test system in digital array module,based on the thought of digital signal virtual calibration,digital waveform generating technology is adopted to generate a signal with know parameters such as amplitude,which is used as a standard signal to calibrate the digital IF signal besing tested.A portable calibration device is bulit up to realize the calibration of the digital IF test system in digital array module.Experiments show that the amplitude difference accuray of the I/Q signal is up to±0.05 dB,and the phase difference is up to±0.1°,which can meet the actual work needs.At the same time,the device is traceable,and complete traceabilit chain is established,which provides a new path for digital IF calibration.
