河北省气象计量站关于全国气象温度计量比对试验的结果分析 被引量:9

摘要 中国气象局气象探测中心为监测评估全国气象计量业务质量,组织开展全国气象温度计量比对。本次比对由国家气象计量站作为主导实验室,邀请全国31个省(或自治区或直辖市)气象局的计量技术机构作为参比实验室进行气象温度计量比对。河北省气象计量站作为参比实验室,严格遵守比对方案要求,通过对比对试验得到的检定数据分析,得到本站测量结果的测量不确定度,采用归一化偏差En值的方法评价本站测量结果与参考值之差与合理的不确定度范围的符合程度。通过对比对试验的结果分析,表明本站计量标准不确定度符合要求,确保了计量标准及配套设备量值传递的可靠性。 in order to monitor and evaluate the quality of the National Meteorological Metrology Service,the meteorological observation center of the China meteorological administration organized the National Meteorological temperature measurement comparison.Compared with the National Meteorological metrology station as the leading laboratory,the metrological technical institutions of the Meteorological Bureau of 31 provinces(or autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the central government)were invited as the reference laboratories to compare the meteorological temperature measurement.As a reference laboratory,Hebei meteorological metrology station strictly adhered to the requirements of the comparison scheme.By comparing the test data obtained by the test,the measurement uncertainty of the measurement results of the station was obtained,and the normalized deviation En value was used to evaluate the difference between the measurement results and the reference values of the station and the reasonable uncertainty range of Fu Hecheng.degree.By comparing the results of the test,it shows that the uncertainty of the metrology standard of the station meets the requirements,and the reliability of the measurement standard and the transmission of the matching equipment is ensured.
