骨质疏松患者骨吸收与骨形成指标表达情况研究

Study on the expression of bone resorption and bone formation index in patients with osteoporosis

目的探讨骨质疏松患者骨吸收与骨形成指标表达情况。方法选取德阳市人民医院2017年1月-2018年3月收治的骨质疏松患者75例作为观察组,同时选取本院同期体检健康者75例作为对照组。观察组患者根据严重程度分为轻度组30例,中度组26例,重度组19例。比较两组受试者及观察组不同严重程度患者骨吸收指标〔Ⅰ型胶原氨基末端肽(NTX)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTX)及白介素6(IL-6)〕,骨形成指标〔骨保护素(OPG)、骨钙素(BGP)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)〕。结果观察组患者血清NTX、CTX及IL-6水平高于对照组,OPG、BGP及ALP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。重度组患者血清NTX、CTX及IL-6水平高于中度组、轻度组,中度组患者血清NTX、CTX及IL-6水平高于轻度组(P<0.05)。重度组患者血清OPG、BGP及ALP水平低于中度组、轻度组,中度组患者血清OPG、BGP及ALP水平低于轻度组(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松患者骨吸收与骨形成指标的表达情况明显异常,且不同严重程度患者差异明显,可作为骨质疏松诊断与治疗的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the expression of bone resorption and bone formation index in patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 75 cases of patients with osteoporosis were selected from January 2017 to March 2018 in Deyang People’s Hospital,which were selected as observation group,and 75 healthy subjects were selected as control group.According to the severity of the observation group,the patients in observation group were divided into 30 patients in the mild group,26 in the moderate group,and 19 in the severe group.The bone resorption indexes of patients with different severity and observation group were compared,including NTX,CTX and IL-6;bone formation indexes included OPG,BGP and ALP.Results The observation group of the levels of serum NTX,CTX and IL-6 were higher than control group,and the levels of OPG,BGP and ALP were lower than control group(P<0.05).The severe group of the levels of serum NTX,CTX and IL-6 were higher than moderate group and mild group.The moderate group of the levels of serum NTX,CTX and IL-6 were higher than mild group(P<0.05).The severe group of the levels of serum OPG,BGP and ALP levels were lower than moderate and mild groups.The moderate group of the levels of serum OPG,BGP and ALP were lower than mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of bone resorption and bone formation in patients with osteoporosis is abnormal,and patients with different severity have significant differences,which can be used as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
