阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗呼吸道感染的疗效比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取长江大学附属仙桃市第一人民医院2016年2月-2017年7月收治的呼吸道感染患者108例,采用双盲法分为A组、B组,各54例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,A组患者在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,B组患者在常规治疗基础上给予红霉素治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状(发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺啰音)消退时间、病原体清除率,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者总有效率高于B组,发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺啰音消退时间短于B组,肺炎支原体、肠产气杆菌、克雷伯杆菌、硝酸盐阴性杆菌清除率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论与红霉素相比,阿奇霉素治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状,降低呼吸道感染,且安全性较高。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of azithromycin and erythromycin for respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 108 patients with respiratory tract infections were selected from February 2016 to July 2017 in Xiantao First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University,which were divided into A group and B group according to double blind method,54 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine treatment after admission,A group was given azithromycin treatment based on routine treatment,B group was given erythromycin treatment based on routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,the time of symptoms(fever,cough,sputum,lung rale)subsidence and the clearance rate of pathogens were compared between the two groups,the adverse reactions were observed.Results The A group of total effective rate was higher than B group,the time of fever,cough,sputum and lung rale subsided was shorter than B group;the clearance rate of pathogens of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,Aerobacterium enterogenes,Klebsiella and Nitrate-negative bacilli were higher than B group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with erythromycin,azithromycin has definite clinical efficacy for respiratory tract infections,it can improve clinical symptoms,reduce respiratory tract infections,and with high safety.
