超声乳化与青光眼白内障联合手术治疗白内障合并闭角型青光眼的临床效果

Clinical effect of phacoemulsification and combined glaucoma and cataract surgery for cataract with angle-closure glaucoma

目的探讨超声乳化与青光眼白内障联合手术治疗白内障合并闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法选取益阳市中心医院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的白内障合并闭角型青光眼患者100例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各50例。对照组予以青光眼白内障联合手术治疗,治疗组予以超声乳化与青光眼白内障联合手术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后视力及眼压,并观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者视力与眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化与青光眼白内障联合手术治疗白内障合并闭角型青光眼的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者视力及眼压,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and combined glaucoma and cataract surgery for cataract with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with cataract with angle-closure glaucoma were selected from May 2017 to May 2018 in Yiyang Central Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with combined glaucoma and cataract surgery,the treatment group was treated with phacoemulsification and combined glaucoma and cataract surgery.The clinical effect,visual acuity and intra-ocular tension before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were observed.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in visual acuity or intra-ocular tension between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the treatment group of the visual acuity was higher than control group,the intra-ocular tension was lower than control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification and combined glaucoma and cataract surgery have an exact clinical effect for cataract with angle-closure glaucoma,it can effectively improve the visual acuity and intra-ocular tension,and with high safety.
