摘要
维修性验证对航天器在轨维修具有重要的作用和意义。从空间站维修性验证任务需求出发,结合验证对象、验证项目、验证环境等方面,对国内外常用维修性验证方法进行比较分析,提出了分步归类的地面验证思路及一种化繁为简的零重力局部环境模拟维修性验证平台,以适应空间站各类大量在轨维修设备的维修全流程验证需求。
Maintainability verification plays an extremely significant role in the on-orbit maintenance. By conducting the comparative analysis, reviewing the home and abroad best practice and combining with the verification of objects,test items and environment, this paper focuses on the verification mission requirements of China manned space station. The authors propose the ground testing by-step classification methodology and a simplified zero-gravity simulation separated space platform to accommodate the validation of whole process on the orbital replaceable units.
