摘要
基于风险的思维,策划、优化质量管理体系过程是标准换版的明确要求,为了使企业质量管理体系的建立和运行满足标准要求,需要针对其开展质量管理体系过程绩效的量化评价及管理研究。通过探索分析,构建出一套系统、完备、符合PDCA循环和过程方法原则的量化风险管理方法,通过对过程KPI(关键绩效指标)监控,并针对具体活动进行原因分析和措施制定及效果检查,确保风险能够得到有效控制,帮助企业实现其策划的质量目标,并为航天企业体系过程策划和优化提供借鉴。
Planning for risk-based thinking and optimization of the QMS process are definite requirements since the certificating of ISO 9001:2015 and GJB 9001C―2017. In order to make the establishment and effective operation of enterprise's quality management system meeting the standards, research on the establishment of risk management is very necessary to evaluate QMS realization processes. By exploratory analysis, it is very necessary and urgent to build out a systematic, complete and conforms to principles of PDCA management methods of risk quantification. By monitoring all key performance indicators and countermeasure implementation and checking effectively for every concrete cause, it can ensure that risk is perfectly controlled and methods is used to help an enterprise to truly realize its quality objectives. Meanwhile, it can also offer and guide the planning and optimization for aerospace enterprise system construction.
