为了降低研制成本、缩短研制周期、提升市场竞争力,适应市场化模式下商用卫星的发展需求,结合商用卫星用元器件的特点和国内外卫星产品研制及元器件供应商生产、质量保证的基础,探索一套适用于商用卫星元器件的质量控制措施,保证装星元器件质量,为低成本、批量化生产的商用卫星用元器件的质量保证提供借鉴。

In order to reduce the development cost, shorten the development cycle,enhance the market competitiveness,and adapt to the development needs of commercial satellites under the market-oriented mode,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of commercial satellite components with the development of domestic and foreign satellite products and the production and quality assurance of component suppliers. A set of quality control measures for commercial satellite components is explored to ensure the quality of the components,and to provide reference for the quality assurance of low-cost,mass-produced commercial satellite components.
