视频脑电监测下儿童癫痫濒临癫痫猝死事件一例 被引量：1

摘要 癫痫猝死(Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy,SUDEP)的危害性极大,国内外的发病率报道均有不同,儿童SUDEP发生率与成人相似,一般在0.13‰~2.70‰[1],SUDEP病因复杂多样,其机制也尚不明确。现报道我院收治的视频脑电图(VEEG)监测下濒临SUDEP事件患儿一例,为相关疾病临床诊治提供参考。病例介绍患儿女,2岁。
