摘要 目的研制一款新型单兵多功能便携式担架,以提高营卫生排/救护所之前的医疗后送效率。方法通过系列实验研发一种性能优异的新型材料为担架主体。参考国家标准设计绑缚固定装置使其满足99%成年人体格需求。参考单兵战术动作设计拖拉抬运装置使其便于战场伤病员的快速高效转运。科学设置收纳携行装置以满足不同环境下的携行需求。根据战伤伤员医疗需求设置战现场急救模块以实现送治结合。结果新型材料赋予该担架阻燃、隔热、耐寒、耐磨等特点。此外,该担架还有轻巧便携、用法多样等优点,特别适宜火线伤员的快速转运。结论该担架较WGD2000四折式担架有显著优势,值得进一步研究推广。 Objective To explore a new method for making individual multifunctional portable transfer stretchers to improve the efficiency of medical evacuation at early stages.Methods The backbone of the stretcher was made of a new material with excellent properties through a series of experiments.According to national standards,the binding fixation devices were designed to meet the requirements of 99 percent of adults.The hauling and carrying devices were designed for single soldier tactical action so that the sick and wounded could be transferred quickly and efficiently under a battlefield environment.The storage devices were designed to meet the carrying requirements under different conditions.According to the medical needs of the wounded,the first aid module was set up to combine delivery with medical care.Results The new material ensured that the stretcher was more flame-retardant,heat-insulating,cold-resistant and wear-resistant.The stretcher was also lightweight,portable and versatile,especially suitable for the rescue of the wounded on the front.Conclusion This stretcher,which has significant advantages over WGD2000 four-fold stretchers,is worthy of further research and promotion.
