摘要
本片以"他者"的目光聚焦身为香港"异客"的佩佩的青春破禁和成人仪式;在深圳与香港跨境/跨域的空间叙事中建构佩佩个体身份和香港身份的寓言;同时,以"日本观雪"这一"异托邦"情境象喻自由和超越,并最终在"香港观雪"的母女偎依中实现了自我和解。该片既有张力十足的冲破禁忌的戏段,又融入了跨境题材所指下的身份寓言和"过度消费化"导致的物欲侵蚀,丰富了该类典型人物的独特性,拓宽了典型环境的表意空间。
Bai Xue's The Crossing, from the others' perspective,focuses on the theme of youthful ban and adult ritual for Peipei, a stranger for Hong Kong. It tells a fable that Peipei gets her individual identity and Hong Kong's identity by the means of cross-border/cross-domain spatial narrative between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. At the same time,"watching snow in Japan", as another way of Utopia, symbolizes free and transcendence, and finally achieves self-reconciliation in the mother-daughter conversion of "watching snow in Japan". With tension and the taboos, The Crossing incorporates the identity fables under the cross-border theme and the materialism caused by "excessive consumerization". It enriches the uniqueness of this type of typical character, and thus broadens the ideographic space of a typical environment.
