中小学校园欺凌行为师生认知状况及提升路径研究 被引量:11

Research on the Awareness of School Bullying among Primary through High School Teachers-Students and Promotion Path Construction

摘要 近年来,校园欺凌问题在我国引起了社会各界的广泛关注,教育部发布文件界定了校园欺凌的具体定义,给出了相关治理建议。教师和学生是治理校园欺凌的重要主体,通过对全国十余所中小学的调查,了解当前中小学教师和学生对校园欺凌行为的认知情况并分析其中差异。调查显示,目前大部分中小学师生对于校园欺凌行为的认知程度不高,对不同类型校园欺凌行为的认知存在一定的差异。同时,所在地域、学习成绩和教师学历等因素对师生校园欺凌行为的认知程度有显著影响。最后,根据"双路径模型"构建提升师生校园欺凌认知的具体路径。
