摘要
反电势广泛存在于汽车的电子电器中,有时候反电势会给汽车电子电器带来危害,严重时会造成周围电子元器件的损伤、功能失效,必须想办法对它进行抑制、消除。抑制和消除反电势的方法和措施很多,根据反电势的大小可以采用不同的方法和措施。对反电势的抑制进行了深入研究,并对常见的汽车感性负载产生的反电势提出了解决办法,并用实际电路和产品进行验证,起到了很好的实际效果,为汽车电子电器可靠性设计提供一定的参考。
Back EMF(electromagnetic force) is widely used in automotive electrical and electronic appliances. Sometimes the back EMF will cause harm to automotive electrical and electronic appliances. In severe cases, it will cause damage and functional failure of electrical components. So a good method must be found to suppress and eliminate it. There are many solutions and measures to suppress and eliminate back EMF. Different methods and measures can be adopted according to the magnitude of back EMF. In this paper, the suppression method of back EMF is deeply researched and studied. Then the common electromotive force generated by general automotive inductive loads is solved. And with the actual circuit and product verification test, this solutions play a very good practical effect, which provide a certain design reference for the reliability design of automotive electronics.
