摘要 压电换能器是超声水表产品中的关键核心部件,其性能稳定性和可靠性直接影响超声水表的计量性能稳定性和可靠性。分析了超声水表换能器的工作原理、技术性能等,研究、分析了换能器综合性能指标及其抗环境影响能力的试验方法,并提供了换能器关键技术指标信号输出幅值的测量方法,以及用于测量满足额定工作条件的水温、水压试验装置;为换能器的筛选、质量控制等提供了有效的方法和手段,并在此研究成果的基础上,形成了超声水表换能器的产品标准征求意见稿。 Piezoelectric transducers are the key core components in ultrasonic water meter products. Their performance stability and reliability directly affect the measurement performance stability and reliability of ultrasonic water meters. The paper analyzes the working principle and technical performance of the ultrasonic water meter transducer. It researches and analyzes the test method of the transducer’s comprehensive performance index and its ability to resist environmental impact. It provides a test method of measuring the signal output amplitude as the key technical indicators of the transducer. It provides a schematic of the test device for measuring the signal output amplitude at the different water temperatures and water pressures under rated working conditions. The paper provides effective test methods and means for the selection and quality control of transducers. Based on the results of this research, a product standard draft for ultrasonic water meter transducer is formed.
