基于数字示波器延迟功能的时基校准方法不确定度分析

摘要 示波器作为一种常用的测量设备,在科研、生产、教学等方面得到广泛应用。随着技术的发展,功能更为强大的数字示波器逐渐取代模拟示波器。在示波器的校准过程中,时间测量准确度是必须校准的项目,因此,评价数字示波器时基不确定度有重要的实用价值。通过实例,阐述了数字示波器时基校准结果不确定度的评定过程。 As a general-purpose measurement instrument, oscilloscope is widely used in scientific research, production, teaching and other aspects. With the development of technology, digital oscilloscope with more powerful function gradually replaces analog oscilloscope. In the calibration process of oscilloscope, time measurement accuracy is a project that must be calibrated, it has important practical value. This paper expounds the evaluation process of the uncertainty of the time base calibration result of digital oscilloscope through an example.
