住院医师规范化培训是加强医院核心竞争力建设的有效举措,文章探讨了当前住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题,并针对性地分析了出现这些问题的原因,以杭州市第三人民医院住院医师规范化培训工作为例,提出了在健全架构、完善制度、过程监督、师资建设和福利保障等方面的对策。

The standardized training for residents is an effective measure to strengthen the construction of hospital core competence. This paper discusses the problems existing in the standardized training for residents, analyzes the causes of these problems, and on the basis of the standardized training for residents in Hangzhou Third Hospital proposes strategies from the aspects of setup improvement, system perfection, process supervision, faculty building and welfare security.
