摘要
薄型印刷纸在印刷过程中,因其纸页表面强度低往往导致印刷机的生产效率降低,甚至影响产品质量。该文从表面强度、纵向抗张强度等方面研究了聚乙烯醇17-99作为表面施胶剂在薄型印刷纸产品中的应用。结果表明,薄型印刷纸涂布聚乙烯醇17-99施胶液后,其纵向抗张强度及表面强度均明显提高,较好地解决了其在印刷过程中存在的问题。
In the printing process of the thin printing paper, the low surface strength of the paper often leads to a decrease in the production efficiency of the printing machine and even affects the quality of the product. In this paper, the application of polyvinyl alcohol 17-99 as a surface sizing agent in thin printing paper products was studied from the aspects of surface strength and longitudinal tensile strength. The results showed that the longitudinal tensile strength and surface strength of the thin printing paper coated with polyvinyl alcohol 17-99 were obviously improved, which better solved the problems in the printing process.
