低熔点高强度BAl80CuSiNi铝基钎条的连铸生产工艺设计

摘要 低熔点高强度BAl80CuSiNi铝基钎条的研制,包括化学成分、冶炼工艺和连铸生产工艺的创新设计。其中连铸生产工艺包括连铸生产工艺流程和特点、连铸机工作原理、生产工序质量要求和控制措施。试验和经济性分析表明,自主设计的铝基钎条,连铸生产工艺具有生产效率高、成品率高、产品质量好及生产成本低等特点。 Development of BAl80CuSiNi aluminum-based solder with low melting point and high strength, including innovative design of chemical composition, smelting process and continuous casting process. The production process of continuous casting included the process flow and characteristics of continuous casting, working principle of continuous casting machine, quality requirements of production process and control measures. The test and economic analysis show that the self-designed continuous casting process has the characteristics of high production efficiency, high yield, good product quality and low production cost.
