摘要
通过硬度测试、拉伸性能测试、差热扫描量热分析以及扫描电镜等方法,研究了Al-Mg-Si合金在二次时效处理过程中析出行为和力学性能的规律。结果表明:170℃×30 min经预时效有利于GP区的形成,低温60℃保温促进了GP区的析出;与T6热处理相比,二次时效(T6I6)对于Al-Mg-Si合金硬度、伸长率和抗拉强度均有所提高,并且使析出相细化,组织更加均匀。
The precipitation behavior and mechanical properties of aging Al-Mg-Si alloy had been studied by hardness tests, tensile tests and DSC, SEM. The results show that pre-aging at 170 ℃ about 30 min is conducive to the formation of GP zone, and aging at 60 ℃ can promote the precipitation of GP zone;Compared with T6 heat treatment, secondary aging(T6I6) has improved the hardness, elongation and tensile strength of Al-Mg-Si alloy. The precipitate is refined and the microstructure is more uniform.
