摘要
高校教师作为高校立德树人的主体力量,承担着培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的核心使命,其独特的身份定位和主体需要是开启社会主义核心价值观认同的前提和基础。高校教师社会主义核心价值观的心理认同主要是通过对社会主义核心价值观内涵及精髓的理解和把握,逐渐形成积极正面的情感态度,养成坚定的意志信念,使自己的行为最大限度地符合社会主义核心价值观要求,进而将社会主义核心价值观入脑入心入行。
As the main force of moral cultivation in colleges and universities, college teachers undertake the core mission of cultivating and practicing socialist core values with their unique location of identity and subjective needs functioning as the basement and premise in the process of forming the identification of socialist core values. College teachers' main psychological identity of socialist core values is through the understanding of the connotation and essence of the socialist core values. Then, they gradually form a positive emotional attitude, develop the will of the faith, so as to maximize their own behavior to conform to the requirements of the socialist core values, and internalize the values in the mind and practice strictly in realistic life.
