残疾人职业认同感对工作绩效的影响:学习投入的中介作用 被引量:3

The Effects of the Disabled People’s Professional Identity on Work Performance:Mediation of Learning Engagement

摘要 为了解残疾人职业认同感和工作绩效的关系、学习投入对残疾人职业认同感与工作绩效的中介效应,采用残疾人职业认同感问卷、工作绩效问卷和学习投入问卷,对随机选取的107名残疾人进行了调查研究。结果发现:(1)残疾人职业认同感、工作绩效和学习投入均处于中上水平,工作绩效得分最高,学习投入得分最低;(2)残疾人工作绩效与职业认同感、学习投入间存在显著的正相关;(3)残疾人职业认同感对工作绩效有显著预测作用,学习投入进入回归方程后,职业认同感虽然依旧保持显著水平,但是回归系数减小。结论:(1)残疾人职业认同感、工作绩效和学习投入总体情况较好,残疾人工作绩效优于职业认同感和学习投入;(2)残疾人职业认同感越高其工作绩效和学习投入也越高;(3)学习投入在残疾人的职业认同感和工作绩效间起到部分中介作用。 In order to understand the relationship between the disabled people's occupation identity and their work performance, and the effects of mediation of learning engagement on their occupation identity and work performance, three questionnaires were used to investigate the 107 randomly selected disabled. The results show: 1) The sense of occupation identity, work performance and learning engagement are in the middle level, and the score of working performance is the highest while learning engagement is the lowest. 2) There is a significant positive correlation among the work performance, occupation identity, and learning engagement. 3 ) The occupation identity significantly predicts effect of performance. Although the occupation identity remained significant, yet regression coefficient decreases. Therefore, the overall situation of the occupation identity, work performance and learning engagement is good, and the work performance is better than the occupation identity and learning engagement. Besides, the stronger sense of occupation identity they have, the more efforts of their work performance and learning engagement they make. Meanwhile, learning engagement plays the intermediary role in their occupation identity and work performance.
