甘肃省档案馆档案利用述论

On the Archival Utilization in Gansu Provincial Archives

在对目前我国档案利用的现状及问题进行概述的基础上,从利用档案进行学术研究、档案编研、查阅利用档案等方面分析甘肃省档案馆档案利用的现状;指出其存在编研能力不强、利用档案进行学术研究的时空分布不均衡、档案利用的内容主要涉及社会经济方面、档案利用的群体主要分布在甘肃省且集中在个别高校、档案利用的类型主要是文字档案、档案开发利用率较低、现代化程度不高和服务意识不强等问题,并提出建议:面向市场,以社会需求为导向;提高公共服务意识,优化服务;完善利用渠道,共享档案资源;重视科技,强化技术保障.

Based on the summary of the current situation and problems of archival utilization in China, this paper analyzes the current situation of archival utilization in Gansu Provincial Archives from the aspects of academic research, compilation and research of archives, and access to archives. It is pointed out that there are some problems such as weak compilation and research ability, unbalanced space-time distribution of academic research, contents mainly focus on social and economic aspects, groups are mainly distributed in Gansu Province and concentrated in individual colleges and universities, types are mainly written archives, low utilization rate of archives development, low modernization degree and weak service consciousness, etc. Suggestions are put forward: oriented by social needs;raise public service awareness and optimize service;perfect utilization channels and share file resources;attach importance to science and technology and strengthen technical support.
