江苏省三市重点药品监控政策的管理实践与思考

Management Practice and Consideration of Key Drug Monitoring Policies in Jiangsu Province

目的:整理与分析苏州市、无锡市和徐州市现阶段重点药品监控政策的管理实践,为江苏省重点药品监管政策的形成提供参考建议。方法:对苏州市、无锡市和徐州市卫生健康委及人力资源和社会保障局网站进行查询,收录苏州市、无锡市和徐州市有关重点药品监控的政策文件及重点药品监控目录,对目录的遴选方法和监控措施进行整理分析,从而分析苏州市、无锡市和徐州市重点药品监控政策现存的问题。结果:(1)评价临床药品使用合理性方法仍有待改进;(2)辅助性药品用药范围不明确;(3)医保药品支付标准仍有待完善。结论:江苏省重点药品监控政策建立应引入科学评价体系,明确辅助用药范围,精细化医保药品支付标准。

Objective: To analyze the regional policy of key monitoring drugs in Suzhou, Wuxi and Xuzhou, in order to make theoretical and practical contribution to the formation of Jiangsu Province policy of key monitoring drugs. Methods: Through querying the Health and Family Planning Commission Website and the Ministry of the Human Resources and Social Security Website in Suzhou, Wuxi and Xuzhou, collecting list selection and measurements of key monitoring drugs, which might help to analyze the existing problems of the the regional policy of key monitoring drugs in these three cities. Results:(1) The method for evaluating the rationality of clinical drug using needed to be improved.(2) The scope of adjuvant drug was unclear.(3) The medical insurance payment standard needed to be improved. Conclusion: To establish unified selection criteria, it needed to establish scientific evaluation system, define the scope of adjuvant drug and set more elaborate medical insurance payment standards.
