高价值医疗逐渐成为各国健康产业的核心竞争力,当前我国要实现价值导向型医疗体系的转型在诸多驱动要素上仍存在障碍。将价值导向型医疗框架体系与基层医疗实践相结合,从构建价值衡量体系、开展基于价值的购买、提升基层医疗价值和有效利用医疗大数据等方面进行探究,对打通基层实现价值导向型医疗的重要关节,为价值导向型医疗落地我国提供参考具有重要意义。

High-value medical care had gradually become the core competitiveness of health industry in various countries. At present, there were still obstacles in many driving factors to realize the transformation of value-based healthcare system in China. It combined the framework of value-based healthcare with the practice of primary care, and tried to discuss the construction of value measurement system, value-based purchase, promotion the value of primary care, and effective use of medical data, which had great significance to open up the important joints of realizing value-based healthcare at primary care, eventually make value-based healthcare become a reality.
